Russian banking app not working abroad?
Russian banks are careful with logins from foreign addresses: the app may not open, may ask for extra checks or block some operations. A Russian IP address makes the bank see a familiar location.

Through our 🇷🇺 Russia server the Sber and T-Bank apps and websites open normally. Without it, from a Swedish address T-Bank did not open for us at all.
How to set it up
- Open @myartvpn_bot in Telegram, choose your device and connect in one tap.
- Choose 🇷🇺 Russia in the app’s server list.
- Open your banking app.
Tip: some banks don’t like any VPN at all. If the app still complains, enable split tunneling: the bank goes directly, everything else via VPN — or the other way round.
What a VPN can’t fix
Gosuslugi (public services) doesn’t accept hosting addresses — use a Russian SIM card for it. Card payments abroad depend on your bank’s rules, not on your IP address.

Is it safe to open my bank through a VPN?
Yes: the bank connection is encrypted end to end anyway, and we don’t keep connection logs.
Which server should I choose?
🇷🇺 Russia — so the bank sees a Russian address.
