Step by step

  1. Check your subscription — in the bot, “📊 My subscription” shows if it’s active.
  2. Update the subscription in the app — the arrows icon next to the profile.
  3. Try another server — 🇳🇱 Netherlands, 🛡 Backup or 🇷🇺 Russia. Some networks block one route but not another.
  4. Switch networks — Wi‑Fi ↔ mobile data. Hotel and office networks often filter traffic.
  5. Restart the app and turn the VPN off and on again.
  6. Check the time on your device — a wrong clock breaks secure connections.
  7. Reinstall the profile — tap “🚀 Connect in one tap” in the bot again.

Connected but no internet

Usually it’s the network blocking that particular server. Pick “🛡 Backup” — it uses a different port and often passes where the others don’t.

Still stuck?

Tap “🆘 Help me set up” in the bot and send a screenshot — real people reply, usually within an hour.

Questions

Why does it work on Wi‑Fi but not on mobile data?

Mobile networks sometimes treat traffic differently. Try another server.

Do I need to pay again if I reinstall?

No. The same subscription works after reinstalling.
