What MyArtVPN stores — and what it doesn’t
Updated: 19.10.2026
We don’t store
- which websites and apps you open through the VPN;
- the content of your traffic: messages, files, passwords;
- connection logs — our servers don’t record when or from where you connected;
- a visit log of our website;
- bank card data — payments go through Robokassa or Telegram Stars, we never see your card number.
We don’t sell or share data with advertisers. There are no ad trackers on the site or in the bot. The VPN apps (INCY, Happ, Hiddify and others) are independent third-party programs — none of our code runs on your phone.
We keep only what the service needs
- your Telegram ID and username (if set) — your subscription is linked to them. As long as the account exists;
- subscription end date, number of devices and payment history (amount, date, plan). Payments — as long as accounting law requires;
- traffic volume per day — numbers only, no addresses. 70 days;
- how many devices are connected right now — we record only the number;
- when your app last updated the subscription and which app it is — to warn you if your profile is outdated;
- a fingerprint of the device ID that INCY, Happ and v2RayTun send when updating the subscription — not the ID itself, but an encrypted fingerprint it can’t be recovered from, plus the app and OS name — to count devices on your plan correctly. 60 days after the last update;
- your answers to surveys, ratings and reviews — to improve the service. Support chats stay in Telegram.
Delete your data
Write to support in the bot — we’ll delete your account and data, except payment records we’re required by law to keep.
Who we share with
No one, except payment providers (Robokassa, Telegram) to process payments, and cases directly required by law.
